Ulwell Holiday Park is aware of the current situation regarding the Coronavirus. At the moment we have no plans to close but we are monitoring the situation and will take on board any advice given by the government or our industry body the BH&HPA.
We are taking added steps to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness standards across the park to reduce the risk of contracting the virus, including introducing hand sanitiser in to all departments.
Currently we do not plan to close and remain open.
For bookings made before 16th March and in 42 days or less time the following amendment policy will apply.
If you wish to cancel no refund will be given.
If you wish to amend the booking we can move your stay to another date in 2020, dependent on availability. If you move to a more expensive tariff the difference in price will need to be paid by you, if you move to a cheaper tariff no refund of the difference will be given. Or we can credit the money which you can use against a future booking in 2020.
If your holiday was made after 16th March OR is in more than 42 days time our existing terms and conditions apply.
This will be reviewed and updated as the situation continues.
If we have to take the decision to close the park and we have to cancel bookings a full refund will be issued to anyone this effects.
Whilst staying here if you believe you have contracted the virus, or show symptoms of it while you are here please isolate yourself within your accommodation and do not come to reception or use any on site facilities but please call reception on 01929 422823 as well as calling the relevant NHS number which is 111.
