COVID-19 Updated booking information
To continue with the booking process please read and accept the following changes to our normal operating practices.
As we are all aware restrictions continue to be imposed as a result of COVID-19, as such some park facilities may be closed and others operating with restricted capacity.
You will receive an email in the days before arrival explaining our new check in/out procedures and an updated list of any ongoing changes to park services or facilities.
If your booking is in 42 days or less there is a 24 hour cooling off period, whereby cancelations will be refunded in full, after that point no refund will be given, but where possible alternative booking dates may be offered (please be aware, amendment charges may apply).
If your booking is more than 42 days prior to arrival our normal terms and conditions regarding cancellation apply.
If the park is forced to cancel your booking for any reason you are entitled to a change of date, a credit note or a full refund.
In the event of a government enforced localised lockdown we will be unable to accept guests from affected postal code areas, resulting cancelations will either be refunded in full or subject to free transfer at a later date.
We are required by government to record names and contact details of guests as part of our track & trace obligations, you will be contacted prior to arrival, and provision of correct details for adult members of your party is a condition of your booking.
