The 2023 ABI Keswick is the perfect home from home. Escape the rush of every day life and enjoy regular trips to the world famous Jurassic Coast. From our base in Swanage, you can explore all the county has to offer. Take a hike, relax on the beach, swim in the indoor pool or enjoy a bite to eat in our onsite bar and restaurant, the Village Inn. At Ulwell Holiday Park, you’re never far from adventure and always close to relaxation.

Homely lounge area

Little touches make the Abi Keswick caravan stand out from the crowd. It benefits from a large, open plan living area with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy playing board games and eating around the wooden table, or kick back and watch some television with your electric fire on. There’s plenty of floor space for the children to play. When the weather is nice, they can head to our well-equipped outdoor adventure play park and playing field!

The lounge area has a large L shaped sofa, TV stand and dining area with comfortable bench seating and stools. Coordinating curtains and scatter cushions are supplied to give the static caravan a homely feel.

Quality kitchen

The Abi Keswick park home is equipped with an attractive, high quality kitchen. You’ll find soft-close hinges on the drawers and cupboard doors, a gas cooker, integrated microwave, undercounter fridge, sink basin and lots of storage space. With a good amount of surface space too, you’ll love preparing a meal for the family here and with a well-stocked shop on-site, you’re sure to find all the ingredients you need! However, if you’d rather treat yourselves to a meal out, our bar and restaurant serves brilliant food and drink!

Comfortable bedrooms

The bedrooms are the perfect space to unwind after a long day exploring the Jurassic Coast. There are two bedrooms – a double and twin. Both have fabric headboards and generous storage, ideal for keeping your belongings out of sight. The twin bedroom has a pull out Gazunder bed, perfect for if you have guests to stay. There is a spacious family bathroom with sink, wash basin and shower.

Warm and efficient

Your holiday caravan comes with gas central heating, double glazing, matt finish sandstone aluminium cladding, carpet underlay, bathroom extractor fan and more to ensure you are warm and well protected. This means you can enjoy regular breaks throughout the season, including the colder autumn and winter months.

Outside your static caravan you’ll find convenient hard standing parking and a slabbed patio area for you to enjoy time outdoors with the family.

    A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.

    We have just returned back from our weeks stay at Ulwell Holiday Park with our 2 small children and dog. It was an absolute brilliant week! The site has everything you need, and more! A lovely comfy pub on site for drinks and a bowl of chips, a small shop, swimming pool, large play are with park, and the bus stops right outside.. what more could you want

    We have just returned after a brilliant Easter break. Couldn’t fault anything at all and we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t visit the pub but the shop is stocked with local produce and essentials. The facilities are great and the location convenient. Our van was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back
