Boasting a generous width of 12ft and a Gazunder bed in the twin room, the Keswick is perfect for couples and families who are planning to have additional guests come to stay.

The ABI Keswick is situated on our SeaEsta pitch at Ulwell Holiday Park. As an owner here, you can visit as often as you like during the season and have full use of our excellent facilities, such as indoor swimming pool, bar and restaurant, adventure play park, laundrette, amenities block and more. We are lucky enough to be situated in the heart of Swanage on the famed Jurassic Coast. The likes of Old Harry Rocks, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and many more natural beauty spots are a stone’s throw from our holiday park.

Homely living space

In the living room and throughout the park home you’ll find warm, natural-inspired accents to make the space feel homely. There’s a large, L shaped sofa with scatter cushions, where you can kick back and relax in front of the electric fire and TV. The small dining area is the perfect place to play board games and eat a home cooked meal as a family. The spacious open plan living room is ideal for socialising with family and friends.

Well-equipped kitchen

The ABI Keswick benefits from a generous-sized kitchen, where you can self cater during your holidays in Swanage. There are a range of appliances, including a gas cooker, integrated microwave, under counter fridge and soft-close hinges on doors and drawers.

Comfy bedrooms

This stylish caravan holiday home has two bedrooms – a double and a twin, where you can relax after a long day exploring the Jurassic Coast. Above your comfy beds you’ll find a fabric headboard and overhead lockers where you can secure your belongings and keep the space clutter free.

2 bed caravan holiday home

Gas central heating and matt finish Sandstone aluminium cladding mean you’ll be warm and well protected in your static caravan at Ulwell Holiday Park throughout the winter months. Hard standing parking and double glazing come as standard and there is the option to add decking to the side of your park home for an additional cost.

    A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.

    We have just returned back from our weeks stay at Ulwell Holiday Park with our 2 small children and dog. It was an absolute brilliant week! The site has everything you need, and more! A lovely comfy pub on site for drinks and a bowl of chips, a small shop, swimming pool, large play are with park, and the bus stops right outside.. what more could you want

    We have just returned after a brilliant Easter break. Couldn’t fault anything at all and we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t visit the pub but the shop is stocked with local produce and essentials. The facilities are great and the location convenient. Our van was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back

Finding us


From Bournemouth via the Sandbanks chain ferry and following the B3351 into Swanage.

From Wareham using the A351 into Swanage, turn left along the seafront towards Studland.


The park is situated on the main bus route from Bournemouth to Swanage.
