This modern holiday home is spacious, contemporary and boasts an open plan living and dining area. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests, making it the perfect choice for couples or slightly larger families with children.

We think there are many benefits to owning a holiday home in Dorset and the Atlas Amethyst certainly ticks all the boxes! With high quality appliances, luxury interior and easy access to the parks facilities, owners can enjoy multiple breaks throughout the season without the hassle of booking in advance. Ulwell Holiday Park has much to offer visitors of all ages including an onsite bar and restaurant, shop, playground and indoor swimming pool.

Our convenient location close to the countryside, coast and a wealth of attractions means you can enjoy everything the South West to offer during your trips. The Atlas Amethyst will also make the perfect bolt hole to escape after a busy week of work, offering a comfortable retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy quality family time.

The Atlas Amethyst is an excellent example of a modern caravan holiday home. It is bright and airy with plenty of eye catching design features that help give it the wow factor as soon as you walk through the door. Gone are the dowdy interiors often associated with static caravans in the past. This year is all about grey and mustard and the Atlas Amethyst has adopted this colour scheme throughout.

The lounge area is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for socialising with family and friends. There are two free standing sofas, one of which is a pull out double sofa bed, an eye-catching tv stand for storage and an integrated electric fire. Not only does this provide added warmth for chillier autumn and winter evenings but it creates focal point in the room.

Open plan kitchen diner

The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances you’ll need to cook delicious meals during your time in Swanage. The kitchen features an oven with four burner electric hob, microwave and integrated fridge freezer. There is a dining table and four chairs, where you can enjoy your meals whilst making plans for your trip. One of our favourite features of the kitchen is the parquet effect floor that creates a clear distinction between the living and dining area.

Two bedroom holiday home

Beyond the kitchen you’ll find two bedrooms – a twin and a double. The master bedroom has ample storage for your belongings, including two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity area with stool where you can get ready in the morning. The modern colour palette continues into the bedrooms, helping create a cohesive look throughout. The twin bedroom is ideal for children or visiting grand children, with two singled beds, feature head board, wardrobe and floating shelves.

Spacious family bathroom

This static caravan has a luxurious feel throughout and the bathroom is no exception. With a beautiful blue design and parquet effect flooring, it looks light and bright with plenty of space to meet the needs of a family with young children. There is storage beneath the feature sink for all your bathroom necessities. The large walk in shower is a great feature.

Finished to a high standard

Atlas are one of the leading holiday home manufacturers and they have certainly excelled themselves with the 2021 Amethyst model. Every detail has been carefully thought out and there are lot’s of small details which help set it apart from other static caravans on the market. The sockets have USB ports for charging your electronic devices and low energy lighting has been used throughout. Central heating, PVC double glazing and extra insulation ensure you will be warm and cosy whatever time of year you decide to visit. The living area has patio doors which help flood the room with natural light.

    A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.

    We have just returned back from our weeks stay at Ulwell Holiday Park with our 2 small children and dog. It was an absolute brilliant week! The site has everything you need, and more! A lovely comfy pub on site for drinks and a bowl of chips, a small shop, swimming pool, large play are with park, and the bus stops right outside.. what more could you want

    We have just returned after a brilliant Easter break. Couldn’t fault anything at all and we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t visit the pub but the shop is stocked with local produce and essentials. The facilities are great and the location convenient. Our van was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back

Finding us


From Bournemouth via the Sandbanks chain ferry and following the B3351 into Swanage.

From Wareham using the A351 into Swanage, turn left along the seafront towards Studland.


The park is situated on the main bus route from Bournemouth to Swanage.
