It is within easy reach of our onsite facilities, including indoor swimming pool, shop and delicious bar and restaurant. Swanage beach and town centre are just a short walk away and beauty spots along the Jurassic Coast such as Lulworth, Durdle Door and Kimmeridge are all accessible by car. Larger towns such as Poole, Bournemouth and Weymouth are nearby.

One of our favourite things about the Regal Elegance holiday home is the sense of space as soon as you walk through the door. The open plan lounge diner is bright and airy, with plenty of room for socialising with friends.
The Regal Elegance has contemporary furnishings and has been decorated in a soft grey and purple colour palette. At the far end of the caravan there are two large windows and patio doors that can’t help but your catch your eye. They are the focal point of the room and allow plenty of natural light to flood the holiday homes interior.
There is a large L shape sofa with pull out double bed. The previous owners have left the original coffee table, where you can store books and other accessories. There is also ample storage on the opposite wall where you can keep your valuable items. The modern electric fireplace is striking and helps create a homely feel. It will keep everywhere warm and cosy if you choose to visit during the colder winter months.
Kitchen diner
Moving into the kitchen you’ll find plenty of space for food preparation alongside a freestanding dining table with four chairs. There are plenty of cupboards for storing your pots, plates and pans. The cupboards have been finished in a combination of white facing and wood effect surrounds. The kitchen is stylish yet functional with an oven, four ring hob, extraction fan as well as integrated microwave and fridge.
2 bedroom preowned holiday home
The master bedroom is an idyllic space to relax after a busy day. The double bed had a statement fabric navy blue headboard with a floating bedside table at either side of the bed. Facing the bed there is a vanity with large mirror where you can get ready for the day. There is also a spacious wardrobe and access to an ensuite WC. Next door there is a twin bedroom with matching headboard, overhead storage and a small wardrobe.
Added extras
The previous owners upgraded to double glazing and added wall insulation for extra warmth and comfort. There is also aluminium cladding on the exterior of the property as well as underfloor insulation and lagged pipes.
