Our grass touring pitches are an excellent option for visitors needing only the basics during their time at our Swanage caravan site. Each of our grass pitches have 16-amp electric hook up, which ensures you can readily charge electronic equipment for entertainment during your stay.

We take great pride in the facilities at Ulwell Holiday Park, so we’re certain you’ll find everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Touring caravan and motorhome guests can make the most of our on-site facilities, which are conveniently placed nearby.
Our well-maintained and heated toilet block has individual shower cubicles, family showers and accessible facilities for your comfort. There are also shaving points, hairdryers and baby change facilities. Our laundry has coin operated washers and dryers.
Fresh drinking water and waste disposal points are available at various locations throughout the site. There is also a dedicated washing up area with hot water.

Our excellent location provides customers with the best of both worlds – easy access to the beautiful Dorset countryside and the Jurassic Coast. Swanage beach and town centre are just a short walk away and popular beauty spots such as Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Poole harbour can be reached by car.
Dog friendly touring pitches
All of the touring pitches at our caravan site are dog friendly, so you can enjoy a dog friendly break in Swanage with your four-legged friend. Explore scenic public footpaths from the park to Studland or Corfe Village as well as a number of dog friendly beaches across Dorset.
Family friendly facilities
Touring and motorhome guests can make use of all the facilities at Ulwell as part of the pitch price. Our indoor swimming pool with slide and toddler pool is the perfect wet weather entertainment, providing endless fun for younger members of the family! The outdoor climbing frame, swings and recreational field provide ample space for outdoor games and activities.
Our modern and attractively furnished bar and restaurant, the Village Inn has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere should you decide to sample our menu during your stay. Enjoy a delicious three course meal alongside a bottle of local ale, or a light bite after a busy day exploring all the local area has to offer.
If you decide to cook up a storm in the comfort of your touring caravan or motorhome you will find all the essentials in our onsite shop. We stock a range of fresh locally sourced produce alongside beach games and camping essentials.
