Please note: Saturday – Saturday bookings 27th July to 31st August. Minimum 2 night bookings except for dates marked *min 3 night bookings apply.

Prices are per pitch and include indoor pool passes, electricity, VAT, awning and one car.

Fully serviced pitches have waste and water drainage, electricity and gravel hard standing

Gravel hardstanding pitches have electricity –

Grass or bark pitches have electricity (please note bark pitches are not suitable for motorhome or touring caravans)

Hike pitches maximum of 2 persons, tent measuring no more than 2.5 x 2.5 metres

Pitches 1-21 do not accept tents or trailer tents,

Awning and drive away awnings are accepted but sizes must be given when booking. No pitch combining due to fire regulations

Max 6 people per pitch

Boats – £4 per night

Extra car – £4 per night

Stay

Ulwell Cottage Caravan Park, nestling under the Purbeck Hills, is surrounded by outstandingly beautiful countryside and a breathtaking coastline of dramatic cliffs and clean, safe beaches.

The park is open March – January, making it an ideal location for both families and couples.

A lovely quiet site

A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.

We have just returned back from our weeks stay at Ulwell Holiday Park with our 2 small children and dog. It was an absolute brilliant week! The site has everything you need, and more! A lovely comfy pub on site for drinks and a bowl of chips, a small shop, swimming pool, large play are with park, and the bus stops right outside.. what more could you want
Easter break

We have just returned after a brilliant Easter break. Couldn’t fault anything at all and we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t visit the pub but the shop is stocked with local produce and essentials. The facilities are great and the location convenient. Our van was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back
