We have a wide selection of accommodation to choose from at Ulwell Holiday Park in Swanage. Our holiday homes are a great option for extended families looking to enjoy a Christmas break on the South Coast. Our largest holiday homes sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms. They have spacious living areas perfect for socialising into the evening.
If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle in favour of a quiet Christmas with your other half, we have smaller options better suited to couples. All of our holiday caravans come well-equipped with everything you’ll need for a self-catering break. They’re warm and cosy with central heating and double glazing for your comfort.
Our touring pitches are open throughout December, if you’re planning a get away in your caravan or motorhome. All of our pitches have electric hookup for your comfort and fully serviced pitches with water and drainage are also available. Our amenities block is heated throughout the winter, so you won’t need to worry about late night trips to the loo!

Festive Food at the Village Inn
Take the stress out of self-catering and enjoy a delicious meal at the Village Inn during your Christmas break at Ulwell Holiday Park. Throughout December our talented chefs will be cooking up a range of tasty treats to enjoy in our on-park bar and restaurant.
This year we will be hosting Christmas parties throughout December and serving up tasty 2 and 3 course set menus on Christmas Eve and New Years Day. The Village Inn is a lovely place to while away a winters evening thanks it’s cosy interior and roaring fire!
In addition to our on-park bar and restaurant, we have an indoor swimming pool, well-stock shop and children’s play area.
Swanage Attractions
There is plenty to see and do in the local area during your Christmas Break in Swanage. Whilst the town is quieter at this time of year, many attractions remain open with themed activities for families to enjoy. The Blue Pool in nearby Furzebrook will have a Christmas Grotto throughout December and Swanage Railway will be running their popular Polar Express Experience. Durlston Country Park is also open and Corfe Castle is always a great day out.
If attractions aren’t your thing, don’t worry, there’s plenty of natural beauty spots to enjoy nearby. From our park you can easily walk to Old Harry Rocks and Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are only a short drive away. December is one of the best times of year to enjoy a scenic walk along one of the picturesque beaches in the area (many of which are dog friendly during the winter months). There’s nothing better than wrapping up warm and enjoying a bracing walk, before retreating to a country pub for a warming hot chocolate or locally brewed beer!
