Scenic Walks

Arguably, one of the best parts of Sculptures By The Lakes are the beautiful grounds in which the art exhibitions are located in. Skilfully placed, you will discover that many of the sculptures compliment and even co-exist with both the lakes and the flora and fauna that grows here. The grounds are truly magical and offer a variety of different winding paths, which are perfectly suited to all walking abilities. Sculptures By The Lakes consist of two main lakes, a river and immaculately kept gardens, where a selection of both native and foreign species grow. What’s more, at one point of the site, there is a large garden full of vegetables and herbs that are foraged and used in the Kitchen!

What our guests say

  • A lovely quiet site

    Andy Blackwell

A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.
