Reception & Communal Areas
Our reception is accessible, with friendly staff on hand to assist with enquiries or support requirements. Level access is provided to communal areas including the on-site shop, bar, restaurant, and indoor swimming pool.
Accommodation
While our existing accommodation options are not fully adapted for wheelchair users, we are reviewing our offerings to include more inclusive features in future developments.
Grounds & Pathways
The park is set within a sloped valley and while this contributes to its charm, we acknowledge it may present challenges. We continue to improve the surfacing and signage of our pathways to assist those with limited mobility.
