We are happy to advise on all aspects of purchasing and owning a new holiday home on the park, just pop down to Reception to discuss your options.
Below is a list of expenses when owning a holiday home, for more detailed information and current fees please ask at reception.
Annual Pitch Fees
We have a 3-tier banding scheme, Annual Pitch Fee is from 1st March – 28th February payment is due by 1st March.
Pitch fees for 2024
- Band 1 – 28’ – 35’ £5408.00
- Band 2 – 36’ – 43’ £5729.00
- Band 3 – 44’ and above £8790.00

- Seasonal water refill
- Seasonal water drain down
- Landlords gas safety record
- Gas charge per cubic meter
- Electricity charge per unit
- Gas and electric are based on metered usage
All new holiday homes are allowed on the park for 12 years with a possible extension at the end.
The Park is open from the 1 March – 7 January, the caravan can only be used for holiday and recreational use only, we will need to see satisfactory proof i.e. Driving Licence, Council Tax Bill of your main residence.
