The Atlas mirage is a recent addition to our holiday homes for sale portfolio. At 35ft x 12ft it is one of the largest static caravans for sale at Ulwell Holiday Park, making it the ideal choice for families, or couples wanting to treat their loved ones to regular holidays by the coast.

The Atlas Mirage occupies a prime pitch on our camping and caravan site in Swanage. With beautiful views over the Purbeck hills it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind from the stresses of daily life. The parks convenient location serves as an excellent base for exploring Studland, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and other beauty spots along the Jurassic Coast. Owning a static caravan is ideal for couples who enjoy regular holidays in the UK. It’s a cost effective way to own a second home, where you can relax and unwind after a busy week at work.

Open plan living space

The Atlas Mirage is a contemporary holiday home, with plenty to offer the discerning buyer. It is decorated in a colour palette of cream, grey and beige, with tartan soft furnishings for a classic touch. The neutral colours help create a spacious feel, where you’ll instantly feel at home. The open plan living arrangement allows for quality family time playing board games, relaxing in front of the TV or reminiscing on a day spent exploring the local area.

One of our favourite things about this holiday home for sale, is the patio doors which provide plenty of natural light. The living area boasts a comfortable L shaped sofa with a pull out double sofa bed. There is storage unit under the TV as well as floating shelves, ideal for displaying momentos of your time spent in Dorset. The electric fire is fairly large in size and a focal point of the room. It’s a great addition to the space if you’re planning on visiting in the chillier autumn and winter months.

Well appointed kitchen

The kitchen contains everything you could want and more from a home away from home. It is stylish and functional with ample storage to hide away all of your kitchen essentials. The cupboards are a mix of cream and wood effect, which compliments the living rooms decor. The marble effect worktop gives a modern feel.

All of the supplied kitchen appliances are high quality and include an under counter fridge freezer, oven, 4 burner electric hob and integrated microwave. There’s a separate dining area with bench seating that sits 4.

Beautiful bedrooms

The Atlas Mirage has two bedrooms – a double and a twin. The master bedroom boasts a wardrobe, built in over bed storage and side tables for your convenience. There’s even a small vanity area with a mirror and stool, where you can get ready ahead of fun-filled days out.

The twin bedroom has been arranged in a clever configuration with the beds facing each other for maximum space.

Bathroom and ensuite

One of the real selling points of the Atlas Mirage over the other holiday homes for sale are the bathroom facilities. Owners can make use of a family bathroom as well as ensuite with basin and WC.

Energy efficient

Today static caravans are built to increasingly high standards and the Atlas Mirage is no exception. For your warmth and comfort there is cladding on the exterior of the holiday home as well as extra insulation, PVC windows and central heating. On this particular pitch there is space for decking should you wish to create an outside space where you can relax of an evening and enjoy the scenery. Decking is an additional fee.

    What a find. I almost don’t want to tell you about it.

    It’s a family park with lovely, mostly new, fresh, clean spacious caravans – all set out almost in steps on the side of a small hill. The larger hill rises behind you, the sea spreads out in front and the swimming pool beckons behind the bar.

    The people are friendly, the site is clean and welcoming and the scenery unbeatable. It’s a gem of a place.

    Always my no.1 choice when visiting Swanage. A truly wonderful location, lying under the stunning Ballard Down and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Being only a 10 min walk from Swanage and the coast means it’s conveniently located for all amenities.

    The staff are always very helpful to sort out any problems and keep the site in fantastic condition. A 5-star park.

  • Friendly, clean & well kept

    Stayed here as a base to tour Isle of Purbeck and go on to Air show in Bournemouth. Not the cheapest site but definitely the cleanest and well thought out.

    Swimming pool , shop and pub/restaurant all in proximity and well kept/stocked. Bus stop right outside entrance. Grass pitches have plenty of space and well drained with shower blocks water/ drain points really handy.

    Will definitely be using this site again.

  • Lovely weekend

    We have just returned from a lovely weekend caravanning at Ulwell Cottage Caravan Park.
    Lovely clean site with indoor heated pool. We went in the pool around 5pm and were the only ones in there (apart from life guard) it was lovely and warm and clean.

    We walked to old Harry’s rock and then Down into Swanage itself and had fish and chips and an ice cream.
    Staff on the site were helpful and friendly. Lovely stay.

  • Our second, lovely Christmas at Ulwell

    After the success of Christmas 2016 at Ulwell, we returned again for Christmas 2017 and had another great time. Lovely warm caravan, peaceful and relaxing on site and a fantastic carvery on Boxing Day at The Village Inn.

    Thanks to all staff who were working and made sure we had such a great break away.

Finding us

BY ROAD

From Bournemouth via the Sandbanks chain ferry and following the B3351 into Swanage.

Please note: The Sandbanks Ferry will be out of action until at least October.

From Wareham using the A351 into Swanage, turn left along the seafront towards Studland.

BY BUS

The park is situated on the main bus route from Bournemouth to Swanage.
