Our caravan and campsite in Swanage is the perfect base from which to enjoy long hikes or leisurely walks in Dorset. There are a number of scenic walks that can be accessed from the grounds of Ulwell Holiday Park, meaning you can easily leave the car on site for the duration of your stay. South West Coast Path
One of the most popular walking routes from our holiday park in Swanage is a circular walk to Old Harry Rocks. The path starts in the glorious Purbeck countryside before emerging onto the Jurassic Coast. From this iconic landmark you’ll experience far reaching views out to sea. On a clear day you can admire Poole, Bournemouth and even the Isle of Wight in the distance! From here you can continue East or West along the South West Coast Path. This national route covers the majority of our coastline and can be split into smaller day walks. Following the coastal path is the perfect way to take in beauty spots such as Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and the Isle of Portland.
