South West Coast Path

old harry rocks

One of the most popular walking routes from our holiday park in Swanage is a circular walk to Old Harry Rocks. The path starts in the glorious Purbeck countryside before emerging onto the Jurassic Coast. From this iconic landmark you’ll experience far reaching views out to sea. On a clear day you can admire Poole, Bournemouth and even the Isle of Wight in the distance! From here you can continue East or West along the South West Coast Path. This national route covers the majority of our coastline and can be split into smaller day walks. Following the coastal path is the perfect way to take in beauty spots such as Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and the Isle of Portland.

  • A lovely quiet site

    Andy Blackwell

A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.
