Our Birch caravan holiday homes offer a comfortable home away from home during your stay at our Swanage holiday park. They are well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay close to the stunning Dorset coast. There are a selection of dog friendly caravans available to hire within this range.
Please note photographs should be used as a guide only. Decor, layout, park position, caravan model and view will differ depending on the caravan holiday home you are allocated on arrival.
Birch caravan features:
- 12ft wide
- 3-bedroom models sleep up to 7 people
- 2-bedroom models sleep up to 5 people
- Gas central heating with double glazing
- Gas or Electric fire in the lounge
- TV with Freesat
- Microwave, fridge and gas cooker
- Shower room & WC
- Free gas and electricity
- Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and utensils
- Slabbed patio area or decking
- Bench or outside table and chairs
- Dogs are allowed in allocated caravans
Please note we provide duvets and pillows, but you will need to supply your own bed linen, including duvet cover, pillow cases and sheets. We kindly ask you to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Bed linen can be hired at the time of booking at an additional cost. This will be left in your caravan for you, so you can make your own beds on arrival. Ben lined is hired on a weekly basis.
Cots, bed guards and high chairs can also be hired from reception. Please enquire for costs.

2 and 3-bedroom models available
Our Birch caravans come in two configurations. The 3-bedroom model can accommodate up to 7 people in a double, 2 twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The 2-bedroom model has a double and a twin as well as sofa bed.
Space to relax and unwind
Holidays are all about relaxing and you’ll find plenty of room to unwind in the open plan lounge area. There is comfortable seating and a TV available.
If you’re visiting in the chillier winter months you can make use of a gas or electric fire depending on the model alongside central heating and double glazing.
Well equipped kitchen
If you’re into cooking or just want somewhere to prepare a quick snack before treating yourself to dinner at The Village Inn, you’ll find everything you need in our well equipped kitchens. Birch caravans come with a fitted kitchen containing a fridge, gas cooker and microwave. There’s also cutlery, plates and pots and pans that you can use during your stay.
Dog friendly
Dogs are allowed in allocated Birch caravans, so you can bring your four-legged friend for a dog friendly Dorset holiday. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per caravan at no additional cost.
