Our Oak range of caravan holiday homes are the ultimate luxury. They occupy a prime positions in the park and offer guests a range of home comforts, including modern interiors, state of the art fixtures and fittings and a spacious outdoor seating area.

2 and 3-bedroom models
There are two sizes of Oak caravan holiday homes available to hire at Ulwell Holiday Park. The larger 3-bedroom mode sleeps up to 7 people with an en suite WC and a family bathroom. The 2-bedroom models host a maximum of 5 guests.
You don’t have to worry about bringing linen from home for a stay in one of our Oak homes. All of the beds are made up ready for your arrival, so you can get straight to enjoying a peaceful break at our Swanage holiday park.
Well equipped kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher for use during your stay. It also contains crockery, pots, pans, plates and utensils.
Spacious living area
All our Oak caravans are equipped with double glazing and gas central heating for your comfort. The lounge area also has an electric fire, so you can stay warm and cosy, even during the winter months. Relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings, with the added benefit of a large flat screen TV.
Outdoor seating
This luxury accommodation also features a large decking area with lights and outdoor furniture where you can sit back and enjoy the views. Dine al fresco with a bottle of wine as you watch the sun go down over the park!
