We’re delighted to offer a range of caravan holiday homes for hire in Swanage. Relax and unwind in comfortable, modern and well-equipped self-catering accommodation, with plenty of room to socialise with family and friends. Our Oak caravans are brand new and furnished to the highest standard. Along with a host of luxury fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings, they feature a large decking and some even have a bath!

We’re delighted to welcome guests with touring caravans, motorhomes and tents to our campsite in Dorset. Visitors can enjoy spacious and well-maintained pitches with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Hard standing pitches with water and drainage are available and all pitches enjoy electric hook up.

6) Frequent bus service

Take advantage of a frequent bus service which connects Swanage and Bournemouth from the bus stop right outside our park. Leave your car on site and let someone else do the driving, so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space! The open top bus goes via Sandbanks and Studland so you’re guaranteed beautiful views during the journey.

7) Well stocked onsite shop

Our on-site shop is well stocked with all the essentials, so there’s no need to worry if you’ve left something important at home. Open daily from Easter to October, the shop stocks fresh vegetables, meat, wines and spirits, camping and beach supplies as well as freshly baked pastries and much, much more. Wherever possible, produce is sourced from Dorset producers.

Our onsite bar and restaurant, The Village Inn is the perfect place to enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner. Light, bright and decorated to a high standard, the Village Inn consistently received rave reviews and features an extensive menu. Our team of chefs work hard to offer daily specials using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Throughout the year there are a number of themed events, including an oriental night as well as celebrations for Mother’s Day and New Year.

10) Quirky camping pod

If you fancy a break on the Dorset coast but don’t fancy sleeping under canvas, why not try our camping pod during your visit to Ulwell Holiday Park in 2020. The wooden pod sleeps up to 4 people and boasts heating, electric sockets, ample storage and small decked area with outside seating, where you can while away a summers evening with a glass of wine!

Ulwell Holiday Park is dog friendly, so there’s no need to leave your four-legged friend at home! We have a number of dog friendly caravan holiday homes available to hire and our touring pitches and the bar area of the Village Inn are dog friendly too! In nearby Swanage you’ll find a wide selection of dog friendly attractions, cafe’s, pubs and restaurants. There’s also a fantastic selection of dog friendly beaches to choose from in the local area.

The indoor heated swimming pool offers hours of fun whatever the weather. With a waterslide, toddler splash pool and waterslides, you can be certain it will be a hit with younger members of the family. If you don’t fancy taking a dip, there’s a poolside viewing area where you can sit back and watch the fun. The pool is monitored by trained lifeguards at all times for added peace of mind. There’s also a large outdoor play park where little ones can let off some steam.

We know how important well-maintained facilities are to ensuring an enjoyable stay, that’s why we work hard to ensure our modern toilet block is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean throughout the day. Showers are free to use with unlimited hot water and there are also hair drying and accessible facilities. The amenities block is situated in a convenient location, so you don’t have to walk far in the night! We also have two washing machines and two tumble dryers available onsite.

    A lovely quiet site, nice warm amenities with good sized shower cubicles, shop not open yet as it’s too early but the local pub is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re reasonably fit you can walk into Swanage but the bus service is great so why would you want to. Overall a very nice break, we will be back.

A lovely comfy pub on site for drinks and a bowl of chips, a small shop, swimming pool, large play are with park, and the bus stops right outside.. what more could you want

    We have just returned after a brilliant Easter break. Couldn’t fault anything at all and we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t visit the pub but the shop is stocked with local produce and essentials. The facilities are great and the location convenient. Our van was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back
